Defective, damaged or wrong product
If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, write to us within 30 days of delivery at info@animengamin.com with your order number and a few photos of the product and packaging.
- For items up to CHF 40 we send a replacement or refund you, without you having to send the product back.
- For items above CHF 40 we may ask you to return it to our address: in that case we pay the shipping costs.
- Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Changed your mind: voluntary return within 14 days
Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases, but we still offer you the option to return an item within 14 days of delivery, under these conditions:
- write to us first at info@animengamin.com with your order number and the item;
- the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging;
- you pay the return shipping costs;
- personalised or print-on-demand items cannot be returned.

Refunds
We refund using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of approving the return or receiving the returned item.
Lost parcel
If the parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, write to info@animengamin.com: we will resend it or refund you.
