What data we process
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone (if provided), products purchased.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe and TWINT; we only receive the result and, for cards, the last digits.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, recorded in server logs and through technical cookies.
- Messages you send us by email or through the chat.
Why we process it
To perform the contract (preparing and shipping your order, customer service, returns), to meet legal obligations (accounting), for website security and fraud prevention and, only with your consent, for statistics or marketing.
Who we share it with
- Suppliers and logistics: CJdropshipping (China), which receives your name, address, phone and products to ship your parcel.
- Payments: Stripe and TWINT.
- Website hosting: Banahosting (servers in the United States).
- Couriers and customs authorities, for delivery.
Some recipients are located outside Switzerland, in countries that may not guarantee an adequate level of data protection (for example China and the United States). The transfer takes place because it is necessary to perform the contract with you.
How long we keep it
Order data and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law. Other data only for as long as needed for its purpose.
Cookies
We use technical cookies needed for the shop to work (cart, login, security, payment). Any statistics or marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie banner.
Chat assistant
If you use the shop chat, the text of your messages is sent to the OpenRouter service (OpenRouter Inc., USA) and to the artificial intelligence model that generates the reply. Please do not enter personal or payment details in the chat. Our website does not store the messages; to prevent abuse it only keeps an anonymous code derived from your IP address for 10 minutes.
Your rights
You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw any consent given by writing to info@animengamin.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
