1. Seller
The shop animengamin.com is operated by Gregorio Anibal Lopez, Animengamin, Via Carlo Bacilieri 5, 6600 Locarno, Switzerland. Email: info@animengamin.com. Sole proprietorship, not entered in the commercial register or the VAT register.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made on animengamin.com. We sell and deliver only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
3. Products and images
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration: colours and details may vary slightly and dimensions may have a small tolerance.
4. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The seller is not registered for VAT: no Swiss VAT is charged on prices. Shipping is free.
5. Customs and import charges
Products are shipped from our suppliers’ warehouses, mostly abroad. For higher-value parcels (roughly above CHF 62) Swiss Post or the courier may charge import VAT and a customs clearance fee: these costs are paid by the customer.
6. Order and conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the button to confirm your order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we charge the payment. We may refuse an order, for example if a product is no longer available: in that case we refund the amount paid immediately.
7. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe and TWINT. Payment is charged when you place the order. We do not store card details: they are handled by the payment provider.
8. Shipping and delivery
- Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free, with no minimum order.
- Order processing usually takes 1–5 business days; the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.
- Times are estimates and may be longer in peak periods or because of customs checks.
- An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
- We send you the tracking number as soon as it is available.
- If the parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, write to info@animengamin.com: we will resend it or refund you.
9. Returns and warranty
Returns, defective products and refunds are covered on the Return Policy page. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
10. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. In all other cases liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Intellectual property
Animengamin’s texts, graphics and logo are protected. The products are not official merchandise of any anime series or video game, and the shop is not affiliated with the respective trademark owners.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Locarno, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions provided by law.
